Grief at Work

Grief is not something we can leave at the door when we come to work. It will affect us - and in far-reaching ways. At a minimum, concentration, energy levels, productivity and relationships with co-workers can be affected. Often managers and colleagues want to help, but don't know what to do or say.

Grief at Work talks and workshops are designed to help people deal with these workplace situations. They provide an understanding of the grieving process, how it impacts on people and practical tips for managing grief effectively in the workplace. Training can be delivered on-site anywhere or in our training rooms in Dublin.
